1. Ensure the organization, accessibility, and currency of RIMOWA stock within the store.
2. Support the store manager and team in efficient store operations.
3. Organize the dispatch of goods to customers and head office as needed.
4. Receive, check, label, and store goods in the warehouse.
5. Maintain the merchandise management system and liaise with head office.
6. Check and resolve stock discrepancies.
7. Provide sales support as required.

1. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but career changers are welcome.
2. Fluency in German and English.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail or luxury sectors.
