1. Ensure the organization, accessibility, and currency of RIMOWA stock within the store.
2. Support the store manager and team in the efficient organization of store operations.
3. Organize the dispatch of goods to customers and/or head office as needed.
4. Receive, check, label, and store goods in the warehouse.
5. Take stock and maintain the merchandise management system, liaising with head office.
6. Check and resolve any discrepancies in stock.
7. Provide sales support as required.

1. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, though career changers are welcome.
2. Fluency in German and English.

2. Team player with an interest in high-quality products that combine tradition with innovation.
3. Retail experience or a passion for delivering luxury customer experiences.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
