1. Ensure the RIMOWA stock in the store is organized, accessible, and up-to-date.
2. Support the store manager and team in efficient store organization.
3. Organize the dispatch of goods to customers and/or head office as required.
4. Receive, check, label, and store goods in the warehouse.
5. Take stock and maintain the merchandise management system, liaising with head office.
6. Check and resolve discrepancies in stock.
7. Provide sales support when necessary.

1. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but career changers are welcome.
2. Fluency in Italian and English.

4. Retail experience or a passion for delivering a luxury customer experience.

Minimum of 3 years in a related field, preferably within the luxury sector.
