1. Organize and maintain the RIMOWA stock in the store, ensuring it is accessible and up-to-date.
2. Support the store manager and team in efficient store organization.
3. Coordinate the dispatch of goods to customers and/or head office as required.
4. Receive, check, label, and store goods in the warehouse.
5. Manage stock-taking and maintain the merchandise management system, liaising with head office.
6. Check and resolve discrepancies in stock.
7. Provide sales support when necessary.

1. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, though career changers are welcome.
2. Fluency in Italian and English.

2. Team player with an interest in high-quality products that blend tradition, craftsmanship, innovation, and functional design.
3. Retail experience or a strong inclination towards providing a luxury customer experience.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field, preferably within the luxury sector.
