1. Ensure the organization, accessibility, and currency of RIMOWA stock in the store.
2. Support the store manager and team in efficient store organization.
3. Organize the dispatch of goods to customers and/or head office as required.
4. Receive, check, label, and store goods in the warehouse.
5. Take stock and maintain the merchandise management system, liaising with head office.
6. Check and resolve discrepancies in stock.
7. Provide sales support as needed.

1. Organizational and structured approach to work.
2. Team player mentality.
3. Interest in high-quality products that combine tradition, craftsmanship, innovation, and functional design.
4. Fluency in Dutch; proficiency in English is advantageous.

Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, though career changers are welcome. Retail experience or a passion for providing luxury customer experiences is beneficial.
