1. Develop technical solutions for soft components in collaboration with suppliers.
2. Manage all phases of development for new soft component products until final homologation.
3. Create comprehensive component design files including homologation and calculations.
4. Provide efficient deliverables for project teams to facilitate decision-making.
5. Conduct prototyping, style and technical mock-ups, technical analysis, and simulations.
6. Estimate unit costs, budgets, and perform risk analysis for projects.
7. Monitor and report on project KPIs related to soft components.
8. Define technical concepts, materials, and constructions for prototypes.

1. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Soft Product Technical Design or a related field.
2. Expertise in textile transformation and decoration processes, with leather experience as a plus.

1. Proficiency in cutting and stitching materials, particularly soft materials.
2. Strong project management capabilities.
3. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
4. Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
5. Ability to multi-task and work in a structured manner.
6. Fluency in English; German language skills are advantageous.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Soft Product Technical Design or a related field.
