1. Assist in planning engaging content for RIMOWA’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
2. Coordinate the social media editorial calendar in collaboration with the creative team and social media agency.
3. Support the rollout of product launches and collaborations across all social media channels.
4. Prepare monthly reports on organic social media performance for senior leadership.
5. Assist in preparing FAQs for social media regarding new product launches and collaborations.
6. Monitor public comments in conjunction with the Community Manager.
7. Support the setup and review of paid social ads, collaborating with local marketing teams.
8. Monitor the performance of paid social ads via Business Managers to ensure successful brand marketing campaigns.
9. Assist in coordinating and monitoring global paid social campaigns to foster community follower growth.
10. Contribute to the preparation of campaign briefs, reports, and activation presentations.
11. Create benchmarks for competitors and new digital formats.

1. Master's student in Marketing, Business, or Communication (BAC +4/5).
2. Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
4. Basic knowledge of Social Media Business Managers (Meta, Snapchat).
