1. Identify and execute luggage repairs.
2. Interpret and act upon customer-provided fault descriptions.
3. Repair aluminum and polycarbonate luggage using techniques such as drilling, screwing, riveting, sewing, gluing, dent removal, filing, and lining.
4. Operate machinery including glue machines, rivet machines, sewing machines, wet glue machines, stand drills, shearing machines, snap machines, heat guns, and drills.
5. Utilize IT systems for organizing repairs, ordering spare parts, conducting throughput counts, and preparing cost estimates.
6. Pack and unpack luggage.
7. Clean luggage and remove stickers.

1. Craftsmanship skills; a completed vocational training in craftsmanship is advantageous but not mandatory.
2. Efficiency and meticulousness in work.
3. Interest in high-quality, traditional products.
4. Organizational and structured work approach; team player.
5. Proficiency in German; basic English skills are beneficial.
