- Provide regional support and oversee visual merchandising execution in APAC, Japan, and China, ensuring alignment with global strategies and headquarters standards.
- Develop and communicate visual merchandising guidelines for new product launches, ensuring impactful displays that highlight key features and collections.
- Maintain and update core-range guidelines in line with brand strategy evolution.
- Conduct training sessions for regional visual merchandising teams to ensure consistent execution of visual standards.
- Collaborate with the Architecture Department to evolve store concepts, contributing to innovative and brand-enhancing environments.
- Optimize store zoning to maximize product visibility and customer flow.
- Work closely with the Merchandising team to align visual merchandising with product strategies and overall business objectives.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies.
- Prepare reports on visual merchandising performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the luxury bags industry, but open to backgrounds in streetwear, design brands, architecture, or creative agencies.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Positive mindset and team-oriented approach.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, IWD, or similar visual merchandising software.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in French and German is advantageous.
- Creative with a keen eye for detail and a passion for luxury retail.
A minimum of 10 years in visual merchandising, ideally within the luxury sector.
