1. Oversee staff management including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to align with business strategies and sales objectives.

3. Manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and presentation standards are met.
4. Drive sales management and business development initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
5. Ensure exceptional customer service and collaborate with the Client Care Team for after-sales opportunities.
6. Maintain store operations including payroll, billing, and cost control measures.
7. Implement internal procedures and security measures to prevent stock discrepancies.
8. Facilitate effective communication and reporting between the store and corporate offices.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the luxury retail industry.
2. At least 7 years of management experience.
3. Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin, with proficiency in English.
