1. Lead and manage major product development projects, including pre-projects with Marketing and Design teams.
2. Oversee technical design, cost management, homologation, and project scheduling and budgeting.
3. Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives for complex projects.
4. Conduct feasibility studies and design product architecture proposals to facilitate decision-making.
5. Create and validate product definition and design justification files in accordance with PDM and Quality assurance processes.
6. Plan and implement pre-projects, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and project schedules.
7. Monitor project KPIs, progress, and implement change practices as necessary.
8. Identify and resolve project issues and risks.
9. Provide technical leadership in identifying best processes, materials, technologies, and suppliers.
10. Manage the homologation process for products and components.
11. Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management across all relevant internal and external parties.

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in German or French is advantageous.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project management within the luxury fashion or related industry.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
