1. Lead global customer and production quality initiatives across RIMOWA, identifying opportunities and coordinating action plans.
2. Enhance customer satisfaction, product quality, and reduce warranty costs by analyzing Client Care data and recommending improvements.
3. Collaborate with production plants to ensure alignment between site-specific quality measures and global standards.
4. Facilitate the seamless launch of new products across multiple plants.
5. Continuously optimize production quality processes in collaboration with Plant Quality Managers.

1. Completed technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
2. At least 7 years of professional experience in quality management.

1. Strong root cause problem-solving and project management skills, such as 8D or DMAIC.
2. Excellent analytical competencies for quantitative root cause analysis.
3. Strong communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional and intercultural interactions.
4. Independent and structured working style with high initiative and assertiveness.
5. Business fluent in English; proficiency in German is advantageous.

Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management, with a focus on leading global initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

Technical degree in relevant engineering field or comparable qualification.
