Rimowa Senior Creative Manager

- Develop impactful, culturally driven 360-degree concepts for product launches, travel stories, films, and print projects.
- Lead the execution of creative assets from conception and shoot to postproduction and delivery.
- Take full ownership of creative projects from both art direction and production standpoints, inspiring and managing an international team of creatives and producers.
- Provide cost-efficient and insightful ideas, understanding the commercial aspects of marketing briefs and production constraints.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and enrichment of brand strategy by finding new and innovative content formats.
- Support other teams in local activations such as events, CRM activations, photoshoots, and editorial partnerships.
- Ensure projects are delivered on budget and schedule, aligning with the creative vision.
- Oversee a project manager, focusing on facilitating their growth and learning.
- Research and brief creative collaborators such as illustrators, graphic designers, editors, and photographers.
- Translate brand positioning into social-first creative ideas.
- Pitch and present creative projects to the Head of Creative.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in leading film, photo, and digital productions, either in an agency or in-house.
- Proven track record as the lead creative on large sets over multiple shoot days and teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with knowledge of production realities and budgets.
- Highly developed managerial, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience overseeing junior team members, with the ability to delegate and promote their growth.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong visual acumen with a deep understanding of the fashion/luxury landscape and contemporary culture and art.
- Interest and availability to travel.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and its AI tools.
- Advanced knowledge of generative AI tools.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written; French and German are a plus.
- Positive mindset and team player.
Significant experience (minimum 8 years) in leading film, photo, and digital productions, with a proven track record as the lead creative on large sets over multiple shoot days and teams.
