Rimowa Senior Controlling Manager

1. Contribute to actual and budgetary closings, ensuring data reliability and relevance.
2. Build and manage the consolidated P&L with various closing options.
3. Analyze the consolidated margin in collaboration with the industrial finance manager and distribution.
4. Act as a business partner to operational teams to challenge and support performance.
5. Manage the consolidated review of general and administrative expenses (G&A).
6. Participate in the construction of consolidated cash flow during the budget period.
7. Lead and coordinate cross-functional financial projects related to process transformation and improvement.
8. Supervise the work of team members, including margin construction and inventory management.
9. Liaise with members of the Executive Committee and various departments.

1. Higher education in finance, management control, or auditing (Master's degree from a leading engineering or management school).
2. Minimum 10 years' experience in industrial management control and margin analysis in an international environment.
3. Proven experience in team management (direct and functional).
4. Experience in cross-functional project management.
5. Fluent in English.

1. Proficiency in financial information systems (Office suite, Excel, SAP BFC, Anaplan, SAP).
2. Excellent understanding of issues related to margins and consolidated financial management.

A minimum of 10 years' experience in industrial management control and margin analysis within an international context is required.

Master's degree in finance, management control, or auditing from a leading engineering or management school.
