1. Contribute to actual and budgetary closings, ensuring data reliability and relevance.
2. Build and manage the consolidated P&L with various closing options.
3. Analyze the consolidated margin in collaboration with the industrial finance manager and distribution.
4. Act as a business partner to operational teams to challenge and support performance.
5. Manage the consolidated review of general and administrative expenses (G&A).
6. Participate in the construction of consolidated cash flow during the budget period.
7. Lead and coordinate cross-functional financial projects related to process improvement.
8. Supervise the work of team members, including margin construction and inventory management.
9. Liaise with members of the Executive Committee and various departments.

1. Higher education in finance, management control, or auditing (master's degree preferred).
2. Minimum 10 years' experience in industrial management control and margin analysis.
3. Proven experience in team management (direct and functional).
4. Experience in cross-functional project management.
5. Proficiency in financial information systems such as SAP and Anaplan.
6. Fluent English, essential for an international environment.
