3. Provide shopping assistance, including offering refreshments and guiding customers to product locations.

5. Address customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, and store policies.
6. Serve as a Rimowa brand ambassador by sharing information about the store's products, mission, and upcoming events.
7. Perform retail associate duties during slower periods, such as restocking shelves, organizing displays, and assisting with transactions.
8. Maintain store readiness and housekeeping duties.

1. Completion of a High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Luxury retail experience is ideal.
3. Ability to lift boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly.
4. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
2. Strong interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work effectively in both fast-paced and slower environments.
4. Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other basic technology is advantageous.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
6. Team player.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
