- Achieve personal sales targets by leveraging exceptional client relations and comprehensive product knowledge.
- Educate clients on company history and current product offerings to enhance customer engagement.
- Maintain an active client book to foster and expand client relationships.
- Support team members in achieving collective store sales objectives.
- Present oneself in a consistently professional and approachable manner to enhance customer service.
- Ensure prompt follow-up on client purchases, repairs, and inquiries to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Continuously build knowledge of company history, new products, and competitors to provide the best customer experience.
- Operate store POS systems effectively, including opening and closing registers and processing transactions.
- Conduct inventory counts and adhere to company loss prevention policies.
- Maintain and execute store merchandising standards and ensure store readiness through housekeeping duties.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Luxury sales experience preferred.
- Proven experience in developing and prospecting new clients, with an established client book being ideal.
- Professional presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of fashion and design trends, with a passion for travel.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift large boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in luxury sales or a related field.
High school diploma or equivalent.
