1. Educate clients with company history and the most current product knowledge.
2. Support team members to achieve store sales goals.
3. Warmly greet every customer as they enter and sincerely thank them as they exit.
4. Manage customer traffic, especially during busy periods, to ensure a smooth and organized flow.
5. Offer shopping assistance, such as providing beverages and directing customers to specific product locations.
6. Maintain a positive and approachable attitude to enhance the overall customer experience.
7. Answer customer questions about products, promotions, and store policies.
8. Act as a RIMOWA brand ambassador by sharing relevant information about the store's products, mission, and upcoming events.
9. Perform retail associate duties during slower periods, such as restocking shelves, organizing displays, and assisting with transactions.
10. Maintain store readiness and housekeeping duties.

1. Completion of a High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Luxury experience ideal.
3. Required to lift boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly.
4. Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Professional presentation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. The ability to work effectively in both fast-paced and slower environments.
3. Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other basic technology is a plus.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills, positive attitude, team player.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the luxury sector.

Completion of a High School diploma or equivalent.
