Rimowa Seasonal Client Advisor

- Educate clients with company history and the most current product knowledge.
- Support team members to achieve store sales goals.
- Warmly greet every customer as they enter and sincerely thank them as they exit.
- Manage customer traffic, especially during busy periods, to ensure a smooth and organized flow.
- Offer shopping assistance, such as providing beverages and directing customers to specific product locations.
- Maintain a positive and approachable attitude to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Answer customer questions about products, promotions, and store policies.
- Act as a RIMOWA brand ambassador by sharing relevant information about the store's products, mission, and upcoming events.
- Perform retail associate duties during slower periods, such as restocking shelves, organizing displays, and assisting with transactions.
- Maintain store readiness and housekeeping duties.
- Completion of a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Luxury experience ideal.
- Required to lift boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly.
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional presentation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively in both fast-paced and slower environments.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other basic technology is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, positive attitude, team player.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the luxury sector.
Completion of a High School diploma or equivalent.
