Rimowa Sales Supervisor

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through expert product knowledge and superior selling skills.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, meeting monthly clienteling sales goals.
- Assist the Boutique Manager in executing store marketing initiatives and training efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and lead sales staff in collaboration with store management.
- Process customer repairs and ensure adherence to all store operational procedures.
- Maintain facility presentation and organization, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Exhibit proficiency in company computer programs and operational systems.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong selling skills with a proven ability to meet sales goals
- Excellent clienteling and customer development abilities
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in relevant computer programs
- Ability to lift large boxes up to 25lbs repeatedly
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
High School diploma or equivalent
