1. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through expert product knowledge and superior selling skills.
2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, meeting monthly clienteling sales goals.
3. Assist the Boutique Manager in executing store marketing initiatives and training efforts.
4. Provide exceptional customer service and lead sales staff in collaboration with store management.
5. Process customer repairs and ensure adherence to all store operational procedures.
6. Maintain facility presentation and organization, ensuring compliance with company standards.
7. Exhibit proficiency in company computer programs and operational systems.

1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

1. Strong selling skills with a proven ability to meet sales goals
2. Excellent clienteling and customer development abilities
3. Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
5. Proficiency in relevant computer programs
6. Ability to lift large boxes up to 25lbs repeatedly

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
