Rimowa Sales Supervisor

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through comprehensive product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Maintain and utilize a client book to follow up with clients and meet clienteling sales goals.
- Assist the Boutique Manager with the execution of store marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to training efforts and KPI management for the sales team.
- Provide superior customer service and assist sales staff in partnership with store management.
- Process customer repairs as requested.
- Adhere to all store operational procedures, including opening and closing guidelines, inventory display, and shipping/receiving policies.
- Ensure facility maintenance, presentation, and organization.
- Exhibit proficiency in company-specific computer programs.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Detail-oriented and task-focused.
- Professional with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift large boxes up to 25lbs repeatedly.
- Selling skills with the ability to meet personal sales goals.
- Strong clienteling and customer development skills.
- Customer focus and dedication to meeting customer expectations.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
- Ability to learn and effectively convey product information.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Compensation Range: $22/hr - $27/hr
