1. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through comprehensive product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills.
2. Maintain and utilize a client book, ensuring regular follow-ups and meeting monthly clienteling sales goals.
3. Assist the Boutique Manager in executing store marketing initiatives.
4. Contribute to training efforts and KPI management for the sales team.
5. Deliver superior customer service and lead sales staff in collaboration with store management.
6. Process customer repairs as requested.
7. Adhere to all store operational procedures, including opening and closing guidelines, inventory display, and shipping/receiving policies.
8. Ensure facility maintenance, presentation, and organization.
9. Exhibit proficiency in company-specific computer programs.

1. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Detail-oriented and task-focused.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
4. Team player with the ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Physical ability to lift large boxes up to 25lbs repeatedly.

Minimum of 3 years in a related sales or supervisory role within the luxury retail sector.

High School diploma or equivalent.
