- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through comprehensive product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills.

- Assist the Boutique Manager in executing store marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to training efforts and KPI management for the sales team.

- Physical ability to lift large boxes up to 25lbs repeatedly.
Minimum of 3 years in a related sales or supervisory role within the luxury retail sector.
High School diploma or equivalent.
