1. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through expert product knowledge and superior customer service skills.
2. Maintain and utilize a client book to meet monthly clienteling sales goals.
3. Assist the Boutique Manager in executing store marketing initiatives.
4. Support training efforts and manage key performance indicators for the sales team.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service and lead sales staff in collaboration with store management.
6. Process customer repairs as requested.
7. Adhere to all store operational procedures, including opening and closing guidelines, inventory display, and shipping/receiving policies.
8. Ensure facility maintenance, presentation, and organization.
9. Exhibit proficiency in company-specific computer programs.

1. High School diploma or equivalent
