1. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through comprehensive product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills.
2. Maintain and utilize a client book to meet monthly clienteling sales goals.
3. Assist the Boutique Manager in executing store marketing initiatives.
4. Contribute to training efforts and KPI management for the sales team.
5. Deliver superior customer service and lead sales staff in collaboration with store management.
6. Process customer repairs upon request.
7. Adhere to all store operational procedures, including opening and closing guidelines, inventory display, and shipping/receiving policies.
8. Ensure facility maintenance, presentation, and organization.
9. Demonstrate proficiency in company computer programs.

1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
3. Must be able to lift large boxes up to 25lbs repeatedly

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
