1. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through comprehensive product knowledge and exemplary customer service skills.
2. Maintain and utilize a client book, ensuring regular follow-ups and meeting monthly clienteling sales goals.
3. Assist the Boutique Manager in executing store marketing initiatives.
4. Contribute to training efforts and KPI management for the sales team.
5. Provide superior customer service and assist sales staff in collaboration with store management.
6. Process customer repairs as requested.
7. Adhere to all store operational procedures, including opening and closing guidelines, inventory display, and shipping/receiving policies.
8. Ensure facility maintenance, presentation, and organization.
9. Exhibit proficiency in company-specific computer programs.

1. High School diploma or equivalent

2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

5. Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
6. Physical capability to lift large boxes up to 25lbs repeatedly

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
