1. Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to operational procedures.

3. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the flagship store's revenue growth using available omnichannel services.
4. Understand and anticipate customer needs, offering guidance as necessary.
5. Maintain product expertise and market knowledge in luxury luggage and leather goods.
6. Cultivate customer loyalty and expand the CRM database.
7. Ensure compliance with merchandising standards and maintain the store's presentation.
8. Prepare for and participate in inventory processes.
9. Assist with after-sales service management in collaboration with the Client Care Center.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
2. Strong interest in RIMOWA and the travel or leather goods sector.

1. Dynamic, welcoming, and warm demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills in an international environment.
2. Proficiency in digital tools and openness to new working methods.
3. Fluency in both English and French; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of significant experience in a high-end or luxury environment is required.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
