Rimowa Sales Associate

- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to operational procedures.
- Embody the brand's values and ensure a unique customer experience.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the flagship store's revenue growth using omnichannel services.
- Understand and anticipate customer needs, providing guidance as necessary.
- Maintain product expertise and knowledge of the luxury luggage and leather goods market.
- Foster customer loyalty and expand the CRM database.
- Ensure compliance with merchandising standards and maintain the store's presentation.
- Prepare for and participate in inventory counts.
- Assist in managing after-sales services in coordination with the Client Care Center.
- Higher education degree with a keen interest in RIMOWA and the travel and/or leather goods sector.
- Ideally, a significant initial experience in a high-end/luxury environment.
- Dynamic, welcoming, and warm with excellent interpersonal skills in an international setting.
- Comfortable with digital tools and open to new working methods.
- Fluent in English and French; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-end or luxury retail environment.
Higher education degree
