1. Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to operational procedures.
2. Embody the brand's values and ensure a unique customer experience.
3. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the flagship store's revenue growth through omnichannel services.
4. Understand and anticipate customer needs, offering guidance as necessary.
5. Maintain product expertise and knowledge of the luxury luggage and leather goods market.
6. Foster customer loyalty and expand the CRM database.
7. Ensure proper merchandising and upkeep of the sales area.
8. Prepare for and participate in inventory counts.
9. Assist in after-sales service management in collaboration with the Client Care Center.

1. Higher education degree with a keen interest in RIMOWA and the travel or leather goods sector.
2. Ideally, a significant initial experience in a high-end or luxury environment.

1. Dynamic, welcoming, and warm personality with strong interpersonal skills in an international setting.
2. Proficiency with digital tools and openness to new working methods.
3. Fluent in both English and French; additional languages are a plus.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field.

Higher education degree.
