- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to internal operational procedures.
- Embody the brand's values daily and ensure a unique customer experience.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and support the boutique's revenue growth through available omnichannel services.
- Understand and anticipate customer needs, providing guidance as necessary.
- Develop expertise in luxury luggage and leather goods and market knowledge.
- Participate in customer retention efforts and assist in expanding the CRM database.
- Pursuing higher education (from Bac+1 to Bac+5) with a keen interest in RIMOWA and the travel or leather goods sector.
- Desire to gain significant initial experience in a high-end/luxury retail environment.
- Dynamic, welcoming, and possessing strong interpersonal skills in an international setting.
- Proficient with digital tools and open to new working methods.
- Fluent in both English and French.
