1. Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to internal operational procedures.

4. Understand and anticipate customer needs, providing guidance as necessary.
5. Develop expertise in luxury luggage and leather goods and market knowledge.
6. Participate in customer retention efforts and assist in expanding the CRM database.

1. Pursuing higher education (from Bac+1 to Bac+5) with a keen interest in RIMOWA and the travel or leather goods sector.
2. Desire to gain significant initial experience in a high-end/luxury retail environment.
3. Dynamic, welcoming, and possessing strong interpersonal skills in an international setting.
4. Proficient with digital tools and open to new working methods.
5. Fluent in both English and French.
