- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to operational procedures.
- Embody and promote the brand's values, ensuring a unique customer experience.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's revenue growth through omnichannel services.
- Anticipate and understand customer needs, providing guidance as necessary.
- Maintain product expertise and market knowledge in luxury luggage and leather goods.
- Foster customer loyalty and expand the CRM database.
- Ensure proper merchandising and upkeep of the sales floor.
- Prepare for and participate in inventory counts.
- Assist in after-sales service management in collaboration with the Client Care Center.
- Higher education degree with a keen interest in RIMOWA and the travel or leather goods sector.
- Significant experience in a high-end/luxury environment is preferred.
- Fluent in both English and French; additional languages are advantageous.
- Dynamic, welcoming, and warm demeanor with strong interpersonal skills in an international setting.
- Proficient in digital tools and open to new working methods.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-end or luxury retail environment.
Higher education degree required.
