1. Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to operational procedures.
2. Embody brand values and ensure a unique customer experience.
3. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the flagship store's revenue growth using omnichannel services.
4. Understand and anticipate customer needs, providing guidance as necessary.
5. Maintain product expertise and knowledge of the luxury luggage and leather goods market.
6. Foster customer loyalty and expand the CRM database.
7. Ensure proper merchandising and upkeep of the sales floor.
8. Prepare for and participate in inventory counts.
9. Assist in after-sales service management in collaboration with the Client Care Center.

1. Higher education degree with a strong interest in RIMOWA and the travel or leather goods sector.
2. Ideally, significant initial experience in a high-end/luxury environment.

1. Dynamic, welcoming, and warm personality with excellent interpersonal skills in an international setting.
2. Proficiency in digital tools and openness to new working methods.
3. Fluency in English and French; additional languages are an asset.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role within a high-end or luxury environment.

Higher education degree.
