- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to operational procedures.
- Embody brand values and ensure a unique customer experience.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the flagship store's revenue growth using omnichannel services.
- Understand and anticipate customer needs, providing guidance as necessary.
- Maintain product expertise and knowledge of the luxury luggage and leather goods market.
- Foster customer loyalty and expand the CRM database.
- Ensure proper merchandising and upkeep of the sales floor.
- Prepare for and participate in inventory counts.
- Assist in after-sales service management in collaboration with the Client Care Center.
- Higher education degree with a strong interest in RIMOWA and the travel or leather goods sector.
- Ideally, significant initial experience in a high-end/luxury environment.
- Dynamic, welcoming, and warm personality with excellent interpersonal skills in an international setting.
- Proficiency in digital tools and openness to new working methods.
- Fluency in English and French; additional languages are an asset.
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role within a high-end or luxury environment.
Higher education degree.
