1. Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to operational procedures.

5. Maintain product expertise and knowledge of the luxury luggage and leather goods market.
6. Foster customer loyalty and expand the CRM database.
7. Ensure compliance with merchandising standards and maintain the store's presentation.
8. Prepare for and participate in inventory counts.
9. Assist with after-sales service management in collaboration with the Client Care Center.

1. Higher education degree with a strong interest in RIMOWA and the travel or leather goods sector.
2. Significant experience in a high-end or luxury environment is ideal.
3. Fluency in English and French; additional languages are advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years in a high-end or luxury retail environment.

Higher education degree.
