1. Provide exceptional customer service in adherence to operational procedures.

4. Understand and anticipate customer needs, providing guidance as necessary.
5. Maintain expertise in luxury luggage and leather goods market.
6. Foster customer loyalty and expand the CRM database.
7. Ensure proper merchandising and upkeep of the sales floor.
8. Prepare for and participate in inventory counts.
9. Assist in after-sales service management in collaboration with the Client Care Center.

1. Genuine interest in RIMOWA and the travel or leather goods sector.
2. Ideally, previous experience in a high-end or luxury environment.
3. Dynamic, welcoming, and warm personality with strong interpersonal skills in an international setting.
4. Proficiency in digital tools and openness to new working methods.
5. Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
