8. Prepare and participate in inventory processes.
9. Assist in after-sales service management in collaboration with the Client Care Center.

1. Higher education degree with a strong interest in RIMOWA and the travel or leather goods sector.
2. Significant initial experience in a high-end or luxury environment.

1. Dynamic, welcoming, and warm with excellent interpersonal skills in an international context.
2. Proficient in digital tools and comfortable with new working methods.
3. Fluent in English and French, with proficiency in Chinese; additional languages are advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years in a high-end or luxury environment.

Higher education degree.
