1. Provide ad hoc support across store operations where the sales team requires additional assistance.
2. Welcome and greet clients at the store entrance, ensuring an elevated and comfortable in‑store experience.
3. Support after‑sales activities, including processing repairs/returns and coordinating client communications.
4. Assist with stockroom management, incoming deliveries and basic inventory handling.
5. Represent the brand with exemplary luxury service standards and professional presentation.

1. Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
2. Customer‑oriented attitude with a strong focus on client experience and discretion.
3. Professional appearance and the ability to deliver luxury service standards.
4. Right to work in Italy for the duration of the assignment.
