1. Report to the Store Manager to ensure accurate performance of work duties.
2. Monitor shipment flow and promptly address discrepancies.
3. Assist with year-end inventory counts and preparation.
4. Determine shipping methods and prepare necessary paperwork.
5. Maintain stock areas in a neat, clean, and orderly manner according to company standards.
6. Perform basic luggage repairs using small hand tools.
7. Conduct box counts and validate against bills of lading, reporting any discrepancies, shortages, or damages immediately.
8. Assist the selling floor with product placement and stock recovery.
9. Complete transfer forms and receive merchandise onto the selling floor.
10. Ensure cash wraps are fully stocked with operational supplies.
11. Accurately track and place all paid goods.
12. Perform deliveries as requested.
13. Assist client advisors on the sales floor as needed.
14. Utilize the R-client tool to connect with clients regarding repairs or propose new products.
15. Handle new projects as required by management or business needs.

1. High School diploma or equivalent

5. Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
6. Physical ability to lift large boxes up to 25lbs repeatedly

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
