1. Provide support to team members to achieve objectives and act as the primary contact for the team.
2. Train new colleagues and contribute to building a cohesive team.
3. Offer constructive feedback and lead by example.
4. Assist store management with daily planning and KPI reporting and analysis.
5. Create a welcoming store environment and manage customer flow.
6. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
7. Present products and leverage opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
8. Demonstrate brand expertise and maintain operational knowledge of POS systems.
9. Maintain inventory awareness to suggest alternatives to customers.
10. Collect and update CRM data and perform CRM activities using the R-Client App.
11. Address client care and after-sales service issues, including repair evaluations and transactions.
12. Ensure store conditions align with visual merchandising and grooming guidelines.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail.
2. Previous experience with luxury products.
3. Relevant experience as a Client Advisor with additional responsibilities.
4. Proven track record of performance.

3. Proficiency in CRM and POS systems.
4. Ability to manage inventory and store operations.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail, with a proven track record and experience in client advisory roles.
