1. Provide support to team members to achieve their objectives.
2. Act as the primary contact for the team.
3. Train new colleagues and contribute to team development.
4. Offer constructive feedback and lead by example.
5. Assist Store Management with daily planning and KPI reporting.
6. Create a welcoming environment for clients, managing queues and customer flow as needed.
7. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
8. Present and explain products, leveraging opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
9. Demonstrate brand expertise and operational knowledge of POS systems.
10. Maintain inventory awareness to suggest alternatives to customers.
11. Collect and update CRM data, performing related activities.
12. Address client care and after-sales service issues, including evaluating and communicating repair statuses.
13. Support in-store technicians with repair transactions and perform minor repairs.
14. Ensure store organization, cleanliness, and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines.
15. Maintain personal grooming standards in line with company guidelines.

1. Experience in luxury retail, minimum 3 years.
2. Previous experience with luxury products.
3. Relevant experience as a Client Advisor with additional responsibilities.
4. Proven track record of performance.

3. Proficiency in sales techniques and product presentation.
4. Operational knowledge of POS systems and CRM tools.
5. Ability to manage inventory and suggest alternatives.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury retail, with experience in client advisory roles and additional responsibilities.
