- Provide support to team members to achieve their objectives.
- Act as the primary contact for the team.
- Train new colleagues and contribute to team development.
- Offer constructive feedback and lead by example.
- Assist Store Management with daily planning and KPI reporting.
- Create a welcoming environment for clients, managing queues and customer flow as needed.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
- Present and explain products, leveraging opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Demonstrate brand expertise and operational knowledge of POS systems.
- Maintain inventory awareness to suggest alternatives to customers.
- Collect and update CRM data, performing related activities.
- Address client care and after-sales service issues, including evaluating and communicating repair statuses.
- Support in-store technicians with repair transactions and perform minor repairs.
- Ensure store organization, cleanliness, and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Maintain personal grooming standards in line with company guidelines.
- Experience in luxury retail, minimum 3 years.
- Previous experience with luxury products.
- Relevant experience as a Client Advisor with additional responsibilities.
- Proven track record of performance.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and product presentation.
- Operational knowledge of POS systems and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage inventory and suggest alternatives.
- Problem-solving skills in client care and after-sales service.
- Attention to detail in store organization and visual merchandising.
A minimum of 3 years in luxury retail, with experience in client advisory roles and additional responsibilities.
