1. Provide support to team members to achieve objectives and act as the primary contact for the team.
2. Train new colleagues and contribute to building a cohesive team.
3. Offer constructive feedback and lead by example.
4. Assist store management with daily planning and KPI reporting and analysis.
5. Create a welcoming store environment and manage customer flow.
6. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
7. Present and explain products, leveraging opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
8. Demonstrate brand expertise and maintain inventory awareness.
9. Collect and update CRM data, performing CRM activities using the R-Client App.
10. Address client service issues and manage repair transactions.
11. Maintain store organization and appearance in line with visual merchandising guidelines.

1. Experience in luxury retail, minimum of 3 years.
2. Previous experience with luxury products and as a Client Advisor with additional responsibilities.
3. Proven track record of performance.
4. Embodies RIMOWA's values and acts as a brand ambassador.

3. Proficient in point-of-sale operations and CRM systems.
4. Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.

Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail, with experience in client advisory roles and additional responsibilities.
