- Provide comprehensive support to team members to achieve their objectives.
- Act as the primary contact for team-related inquiries.
- Facilitate the training of new colleagues.
- Contribute to the development of a cohesive and strong team dynamic.
- Offer constructive feedback to team members and lead by example.
- Assist store management with daily planning and KPI reporting and analysis.
- Create a welcoming environment for clients, including offering beverages and managing customer flow.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
- Present and explain products, leveraging opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Demonstrate extensive brand expertise and manage point-of-sale operations.
- Maintain inventory awareness to suggest alternatives to customers.
- Collect and update CRM data, utilizing the R-Client App for CRM activities.
- Address client service issues and manage repair transactions, supporting in-store technicians.
- Ensure the store is organized, clean, and adheres to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Maintain personal grooming standards in line with company guidelines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail.
- Previous experience with luxury products.
- Proven track record of performance in a client advisory role with additional responsibilities.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale operations and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage inventory and suggest product alternatives.
- Expertise in luxury brand presentation and sales techniques.
A minimum of 3 years in luxury retail, with a background in client advisory roles and additional responsibilities such as champion roles.
