1. Support the analysis of retail performance across stores and markets.
2. Build and maintain KPI dashboards and weekly/monthly retail performance reports.
3. Contribute to the definition and tracking of key business metrics such as sales, productivity, service indicators, and conversion rates.
4. Provide ad hoc analyses to support management decisions.
5. Assist in collateral management for boutiques.
6. Coordinate operational flow initiatives to enhance client experience, including in-store music and facility touchpoints.
7. Participate in building guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency across the retail network.
8. Support the monitoring and roll-out of retail operations projects in collaboration with HQ and regional teams.

1. Higher education qualification (BAC+5) in a gap year or final year internship, from an engineering or business school.
2. Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are appreciated.
3. Previous internship experience in data, retail, consulting, or the luxury industry is an advantage.
