Rimowa Retail IT Project Manager

1. Collaborate with global business teams to evaluate new requirements, qualify requests, assess feasibility, and deliver effort estimates.
2. Manage the entire lifecycle of POS-related projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
3. Continuously oversee project progress and prepare detailed reports on milestones and deliverables.
4. Proactively communicate and coordinate with stakeholders, including end-users, IT staff, retail business, and vendors, to provide updates and gather feedback.
5. Manage the project lifecycle, including planning, design, documentation, testing, deployment, communication, reporting, change management, and incident handling.
6. Deliver projects on time, maintaining expected quality standards and budget constraints.
7. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on project management best practices specific to retail technology implementations.

1. 7+ years of experience in Retail or IT development.
2. 7+ years of experience in IT project management.
3. Experience in developing project plans, process diagrams, use cases, and functional and technical requirements.

1. Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
2. Technical awareness for assessing and scoping work.
3. Experience in data flow management (ETL) and SQL is preferred.
4. Knowledge of SOA and APIs.
5. Experience with CEGID Y2 and CEGID MPOS is preferred.
6. Understanding of business processes and solutions covering the retail value chain, including OMS, WMS, PSP, and CRM integrations.
7. Interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in dynamic environments.
8. Fluency in French and professional English is mandatory.

Minimum of 5 years in a related field, with a focus on IT project management and retail technology.
