Rimowa Retail IT Project Manager

- Evaluate new business requirements with global teams, qualifying requests, assessing feasibility, and delivering effort estimates while identifying constraints and dependencies.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of POS-related projects, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and budget.
- Continuously oversee project progress, providing detailed scheduled reports on milestones and deliverables.
- Proactively communicate and coordinate with stakeholders, including end-users, IT staff, retail business, and vendors, to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, design, documentation, testing, deployment, communication, reporting, change management, and incident resolution.
- Deliver projects on time, at the expected level of quality, and within budget.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance in best practices of project management specific to retail technology implementations.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Retail or IT development.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management.
- Experience in developing project plans, process diagrams, use cases, and functional and technical requirements.
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
- Technical awareness in assessing and scoping work.
- Experience in data flow management (ETL) and SQL preferred.
- Knowledge of SOA and APIs required.
- Experience with CEGID Y2 and CEGID MPOS preferred.
- Knowledge of business processes and solutions covering the retail value chain, including OMS, WMS, PSP, and CRM integrations is a plus.
- Proficiency in French and professional English mandatory.
Minimum of 10 years in Retail or IT development and IT project management.
