1. Support the Rimowa Retail Leadership Teams, gaining insights into successful retail leadership strategies.
2. Participate in daily operations of a Rimowa store, learning the art of exceptional service.
3. Assist in planning and executing exclusive in-store activations to enhance the client journey.
4. Collaborate with diverse team roles to deliver an unparalleled client experience.
5. Assist with day-to-day tasks to ensure store operations run smoothly.
6. Interpret sales data to understand its impact on strategic business decisions.
7. Interact with store leaders to gain insights into their roles and leadership philosophies.
8. Develop communication and presentation skills by articulating key brand messages.
9. Observe store leadership meetings to understand strategic planning processes.
10. Receive mentorship and guidance from the Retail leadership team.

1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a BA or BS degree from an accredited university.
2. Prior experience in a retail environment is advantageous but not required.

1. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Exposure to design software such as Canva or Photoshop is a plus.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally.
5. Developing analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, with a preference for those with some exposure to retail environments.
