- Develop and implement region-specific retail sales strategies to maximize ROI.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure seamless operational integration across all stores.
- Oversee execution of operational standards and visual merchandising directives.
- Develop and implement CRM communication strategies to enhance brand awareness.
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor Store Leadership and sales teams.
- Manage Store Leaders' performance through coaching and feedback.
- Oversee execution of operations and visual merchandising for new store openings.
- Implement and monitor loss prevention strategies.
- Prepare and deliver weekly reports on sales performance and opportunities.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive retail management experience in the luxury segment.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume sales environments.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Experience managing and optimizing CRM programs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent planning and analytical abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive retail management experience within the luxury segment, including multi-unit or regional oversight.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
