1. Develop and implement region-specific retail sales strategies to maximize ROI.
2. Analyze sales performance and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
3. Ensure seamless operational integration across all stores.
4. Oversee execution of operational standards and visual merchandising directives.
5. Develop and implement CRM communication strategies to enhance brand awareness.
6. Recruit, hire, train, and mentor Store Leadership and sales teams.
7. Manage Store Leaders' performance through coaching and feedback.
8. Oversee execution of operations and visual merchandising for new store openings.
9. Implement and monitor loss prevention strategies.
10. Prepare and deliver weekly reports on sales performance and opportunities.

1. Minimum of 10 years of progressive retail management experience in the luxury segment.
2. Proven track record of managing high-volume sales environments.
3. Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sales strategies.
4. Experience managing and optimizing CRM programs.
