1. Monitor the status of open purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
2. Act as a proactive project team member, implementing the purchasing process in an agile and structured manner.
3. Collaborate with the Sourcing Buyer to define scope, requirements, and potential supplier lists.
4. Foster and maintain relationships with internal clients such as Quality, Development, and Procurement Planning through regular meetings and follow-ups.
5. Manage communication channels with suppliers and escalate issues to Sourcing Buyers when necessary.
6. Design and customize iterative RFQs, followed by feedback, analysis, decision-making, contracting, and implementation.
7. Track progress and costs, taking action when risks arise.

1. Master's Degree in Purchasing, preferably with an Engineering background.
2. First professional experience in Industrial Purchasing or relevant student mission.

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
2. Curiosity, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
3. Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and flexibility.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in French or German is advantageous.

Entry-level position suitable for individuals with initial professional experience or relevant student missions in Industrial Purchasing.

Master's Degree in Purchasing, preferably with an Engineering focus.

14€ hourly wage.
