1. Take ownership of product quality from design through production
2. Responsible for the homologation of materials, components, and products throughout the development process
3. Create and maintain project-specific quality homologation plans
4. Establish quality standards, guidelines, and procedures, including specification of assemblies
5. Ensure products meet all regulatory and customer requirements
6. Lead and review product risk analysis regularly
7. Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with quality standards
8. Identify, document, and report quality issues and defects
9. Track project milestones to ensure quality deliverables are met on time
10. Report on quality status at key project milestones and resolve any issues promptly
11. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
12. Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues
13. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence
14. Ensure smooth transfer to production and transfer responsibility to quality assurance
15. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
16. Provide training and guidance on quality standards and best practices
17. Facilitate quality meetings and reviews
18. Maintain accurate and comprehensive quality records and documentation
19. Prepare and present quality reports and performance metrics to team lead

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Industrial Technology, or a related field
2. Master's degree is advantageous
3. At least 4-5 years of practical work experience in a quality management environment
4. Fluent English and German language skills

1. Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control roles within the manufacturing or consumer goods industry
2. In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and product development processes
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential quality issues
4. Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies such as FMEA, APQP
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
7. Proficiency in documentation and report writing

Minimum of 5 years in quality management, preferably within the luggage or luxury industry.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Industrial Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
