Rimowa Project Manager, Research & Development

1. Analyze marketing briefings and design ideas.
2. Assist in assessing the feasibility of projects.
3. Contribute to proposals for product structure and gather key information for decision-making.
4. Collaborate on developing decision-making tools for the development team.
5. Develop and approve product data sheets according to Product Data Management (PDM) processes.
6. Participate in defining the scope, goals, and deliverables of projects.
7. Create schedules and milestones considering product development processes and project requirements, including tasks, risks, and resources.
8. Track project key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress, and create reports.
9. Ensure communication with internal and external stakeholders and effective collaboration with other functions and departments to obtain the support required for the success of the projects.

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field.
2. 2-3 years of work experience in a similar position.

1. Solid experience in data management, data analysis, and usage of relevant tools.
2. Result-driven with strong analytical and critical skills.
3. Experience in process standardization with the ability to lead and coordinate across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
4. Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics.
5. Practical, innovative, and agile mindset, proactive and solution-minded.
6. Fluency in English; proficiency in German or French is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
