1. Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes focusing on cycle time, quality, and automation.
2. Industrialize new technologies within the plant.
3. Manage and maintain Manufacturing Standard Times and cycle times.
4. Provide series support and further develop production lines within the plant.
5. Act as a central liaison for other departments.
6. Develop and implement measures for project realization within assigned areas.
7. Ensure project management aligns with realization responsibilities concerning time, cost, and quality.
8. Monitor project progress, reporting, and escalate non-compensable deviations.
9. Procure machinery and equipment for assigned process steps, ensuring timely, quality, and cost-effective start-up, including setup and commissioning while adhering to legal regulations.
10. Oversee capability proof and assurance methods.
11. Ensure preliminary and final acceptance according to the schedule.
12. Drive product design for manufacturability.
13. Lead the start-up control circuit (ramp-up dailies/weeklies).

1. Completed degree in engineering or related field.
2. Previous technical training is advantageous.
3. Relevant professional experience in project management is beneficial.
4. Fluent in German, both spoken and written, with English proficiency at B2 level.
