1. Define and synthesize business needs across various regions to outline future projects.
2. Coordinate with diverse stakeholders including IT, retail, and repair workshops for project implementation.
3. Test and evaluate tools and processes for efficacy.
4. Train over 1000 users across regions on new processes and tools.
5. Monitor the correct usage and data accuracy of the repair information system.
6. Conduct weekly KPI monitoring, providing challenges and support to regions to meet global targets such as lead time and productivity.
7. Manage the consumption and stock of spare parts across an extensive network of stores and repair workshops.
8. Consolidate monthly budgets and P&L across all markets, challenging repair costs.

1. Master's degree in a relevant field.
